FAQ - Troubleshooting Streaming Issues
Computer
- Stream buffering or lagging:Slow or interrupted streaming can occur due to internet issues or browser settings. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, ensure a stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps for standard streaming, or try a different browser like Chrome or Firefox. Restarting your router may also help.
- Audio and video out of sync: If audio and video are misaligned, refresh the webpage first. Ensure your browser is updated to the latest version, as outdated software can cause sync issues. If the problem persists, restart your computer to reset system resources or check if your internet speed is sufficient.
- Login issues: If you can’t log in, verify your username and password are correct. Reset your password via the "Forgot Password" link if needed. Disable any VPN or proxy services, as they may interfere with authentication. Clearing your browser cache or trying incognito mode can also resolve this.
- Stream not loading: If the stream fails to load, disable any ad-blockers or browser extensions, as they may block content. Ensure your browser is updated and check your internet connection speed (recommended: 10 Mbps for HD). Restarting your device or switching to another browser may also fix the issue.
Tablet
- App crashes unexpectedly: If the app closes or freezes, ensure it’s updated to the latest version via your app store. Restart your tablet to refresh system processes. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app to eliminate corrupted data. Check that your tablet’s operating system is up to date.
- Stream freezes during playback: Freezing streams are often caused by a weak internet connection. Ensure a strong Wi-Fi signal or switch to a better network. Close background apps to free up memory, and try lowering the stream quality in the app settings to reduce bandwidth demands.
- No sound during playback: If there’s no audio, check your tablet’s volume settings and ensure it’s not muted. Disconnect any Bluetooth headphones or speakers, as they may be routing audio incorrectly. Restart the app or tablet, and if the issue persists, reinstall the app to reset configurations.
- Login failure: If you can’t log in, double-check your account credentials. Go to the app settings and clear the cache, as stored data may cause errors. Ensure the app is updated, and if the problem continues, log out, uninstall, and reinstall the app, then try logging in again.
Smartphone
- Stream buffering frequently: Buffering issues often stem from a weak or unstable connection. Switch to a strong Wi-Fi network or ensure a stable mobile data signal (4G/5G recommended). Lower the stream quality in the app settings to reduce data usage. Closing other apps running in the background can also improve performance.
- App not responding: If the app freezes or becomes unresponsive, force-stop it through your phone’s settings. Clear the app’s cache from the settings menu to remove corrupted data. Ensure the app is updated to the latest version, and restart your phone if the issue persists.
- Video won’t play: If videos fail to load, verify your internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) is active and stable. Restart your phone to refresh system processes. If the issue continues, uninstall and reinstall the app to eliminate potential software conflicts, and ensure your phone’s OS is updated.
- Authentication errors: If you encounter login errors, confirm your credentials are correct or reset your password via the app. Clear the app’s data in your phone’s settings to remove corrupted login information. Log out, restart the app, and try again. Ensure your app and phone software are up to date.
